Sales Marketing Fantasy Versus Reality

The web is currently teeming with a plethora of rosacea treatments embellished by articles that have been re-spun a thousand times, a form of word laundering of pandemic proportions.

There is nothing wrong with extracting factual information from authoritative sites and re-creating a wholly new article to suit the marketing needs of your own product. However, to mislead a sufferer who is looking for an honest solution, by manipulating the factual information creating a fantasy of expected results, is plainly unkind.

During my quest and intensely desperate search for a working treatment, I encountered this vast array of rosacea products, some claiming such amazing results, they appeared to be miracle cures of almost biblical proportions.

The cold facts of rosacea are

1. It cannot be cured.
2. Rosacea symptoms can be managed and significantly reduced with the right treatment.
3. Rosacea can be prevented if treated early and the appropriate lifestyle changes taken avoiding the causes that trigger these Rosacea outbreaks and flare-ups

Rosacea treatments that are applied in the comfort of your own home can be divided into two categories: prescription and non-prescription.

Rosacea Prescription Treatments

As the name suggests, these can only be obtained via a certified medical practitioners prescription. However, I have found that there are disreputable online pharmacies who sell these without a prescription. There is a reason why these treatments require a medical prescription: the side effects can be severe, such as the recent news about the tragic death of a Welsh teenager who was taking an acne prescription treatment,

Abundance of Non Prescription Rosacea Treatments

This group is by far the largest, most of which fall into the sub-category All-Natural Botanical Rosacea Products. These natural products often contain essences or extracts from flowers, herbs, fruits and a plethora of other exotic ingredients.

Question: What does shampoo products and natural rosacea products have in common?

Answer: Marketing propaganda creating the illusion of a revolutionary new product by promoting newly added natural ingredients with long known healing properties dating back to ancient China. In other words the formula is backed by 5000 year old Ming Dynasty Alchemists.

You may have come across this yourself when trying to select a shampoo from the endless sea of New Improved Formulas. The front of the bottle usually reads: New Improved Formula essence of blah blah strengthens, shines and gives life back to lifeless hair – a miracle in itself, since only the root lives.

Do these new wonder extracts such as essence of Avocado, Mango or Lemon Grass actually do anything? Alternatively, are the sales/marketing team merely trying to paint a picture of a revolutionary new product, that unwittingly resembles the recipe of an ancient Chinese herbal tea, than that of the original concept of a simple hair cleaning formula.

Unfortunately many of these All-Natural Rosacea products suffer from the ancient Chinese herbal tea syndrome. The inventive chemists and sales team have conspired to come up with a so called state of the art formula that contains exotic ingredients with magical anti-inflammatory properties, blinding the unsuspecting sufferer with ancient Alchemy.

A Bright Light At The End of The Rosacea Tunnel of Disillusionment

But with a capital B, there are some serious All-Natural Rosacea Products available. These serious products have been normally tested or endorsed by the medical profession. These quality products do contain a number of natural anti-inflammatory ingredients, but only ones with scientifically proven results of actually helping to reduce and treat facial redness, inflammation and Rosacea. These products are made by reputable companies and are manufactured to strict standards, policies and guidelines.

The Benefits of Using a Rosacea Review Site

As a former veteran rosacea sufferer who endured many trial and terrors and wasted of considerable amount of money before finding one that worked. I decided to compile a site which lists only reputable Rosacea and facial redness products that are backed by the medical profession, and most importantly, they have scientifically proven results.

I have included both non-prescription and prescription products in my selection to deal with the various degrees of Rosacea and facial redness severity. Some of the products highlighted on this site have been developed to target specific symptoms and have been categorised toi show which they treat. The reason being that a red complexion or even broken visible blood vessels/veins on the face is not necessarily rosacea.

Only a few rosacea products can be considered truly holistic – Example they must consist of complete system i.e. anti-inflammatory cleansing cream, Rosacea treatment cream, Natural rosacea oral supplements

The review site does not contain any re-spun articles such What is rosacea or 14 million American currently suffer from rosacea etc. That information, latest research, support groups, pamphlets and much much more, can be found at: http://rosacea.org – who I believe to be the original source of most of the rosacea literature floating around the web.

Neither does my site contain any external advertising such as AdSense, Google Ads nor Adbrite etc. For reasons that the quality of these randomly displayed products cannot be verified.
